I'd say the FF6, just because I played the original and it was my favorite that I've played so far. Haven't really gotten into the GBA version but I'm starting to.

As the others have said, the Final Fantasy 6 remake would have to be the best of the Final Fantasy games on the Game Boy Advance. I would have to say that Final Fantasy Tactics would be my second favorite one on the GBA (which is odd because I never liked FFT games until this one)

my favorite was tactics, i liked how it was set in the same world as final fantasy 12, but final fantasy 5 and 4 are a close second. haven't played much of 6 tbh.
