Ofcourse, but the real thing here is how hard you hit the person back that hit you in the gut!

For every action there is an equal opposite reaction... someone punches you in the stomach, then you hit em back and not always in the gut lol

Also, I was playing soccer one time and the ball which was across a large lawn was kicked, it flew through the air, and I kid you not, it didn't move down once it was in the air, and it hit me in the gut. Knocked all of the air out've my stomach. It hurt very badly

JEESH! I have so many stories to tell about my stomach getting beaten (which is weird.) I was taking a nap when my friend took a 45 pound wait and dropped in on my stomach. I was reading while walking and my other friend smashed his fist into my gut. Well the next one happened on purpose. My friend (he's a good guy so I know whatever he does to me is a joke) stole 20 dollars from me when I wasn't looking. He said he would give it back If I laid on the floor, he sat on my chest, and he could punch my stomach for an hour and I couldn't flex my abs. It didn't really matter since 15 minutes in, I couldn't even flex my stomach if I wanted to. Worst hour of my life. I really wanted that 20 bucks back though. I threw up twice after. Why do people have to aim for the stomach when they want to punch someone? He said he like the feeling of his fist plopping into my stomach. Yah... thought he was a weirdo. I'm gonna get him back. One day...

I don't think I've ever been wholeheartedly punched. Thank goodness, I bruise easily and have a low threshold for pain.

I've been caught offguard and punched in the stomache by a friend and its an awful feeling to not be able to breathe. LOL. He was just playing and it wasnt his hardest punch but it doesn't take much to knock the wind out of you if you're not even paying attention.
