I need a free complete version of a PHP viewer/editor,

I don't care whether it is hacked, or whether it is a trial version that comes with the key to use it forever...

I am willing to pay 15k - 20k Viz for this, and possibly more if it works well to my needs...

You actually only need notepad to make .php files, then of course you need a server to view them from.

But if you want a better thing to edit them in then why not Notepad++ should do nicely.

xampp should do well, assuming you have the time to you know, set it up and such.


Other than that I don't really know more of free software to fix this.

But then again, you have no real reason to use PHP if you don't have a server anyways.

In layouts, you can barely use a bit of html... that's why i'm not super good at it, but I am great with coding websites... I have notepad open in one side of the screen and internet explorer continuously refreshing on the other side...

If your seriously wanting to get into web design then buy some hosting space and experiment Also PHP is not web design, web design is all about looking pretty whereas PHP is all about being useful for something other then looking pretty. No point in learning PHP if you don't know what you want to use it for. Figure out what you want to do with it first then it might be worth the time studying. Tell me what you want to use it for. Learning it just for the hell of it is really pointless. So what do you wish to accomplish with it first?
