Charmander, like the majority (at this moment) of the people on this thread. It can learn Dig without worrying about getting hit by Earthquake once it becomes Charizard, is the lord of Bellyzard, and is overall the coolest looking and my favorite. My one regret is that it is Fire/flying, with a quad weakness to rock, instead of Fire/Dragon, with Levitate, which would completely destroy everything in the game (probably why it isn't Fire/Dragon)

Charmander! Probably since Charmander evolves in Charizard which is amazing. If you choose a fire pokemon though, it's harder to play the game compared to if you choose a water or grass type but if you choose charmander it helps in the end.
