No Samcks resemble the look of a nut yet have like a honey coat on them, they taste amazing. As does the milk afterwards too.

Current favorite is Wheaties Fuel, stuff makes a great breakfast before working out. I usually eat the Fiber One cereal, tasty and high in nutrients.
