SonicSpeed : Champion Blue is also your rival, so you've known him all game. I'm guessing it could be Rhydon... or Heracross, which is in his post-National Dex team in FR/LG.

EDIT: In the games in which Blue is champion, Rhydon is the final evolution, and Heracross is technically a final evolution (being the only stage)... so I'm sticking with it.

In the sixth movie, Jirachi: Wish Maker, Brendan used an Aggron and a Shiftry, the Wicked Pokemon, in a double battle. According to HG/SS PokeDex entry for Aggron, it's horns tell how old it is.
