I don't agree with you that Mr. Mime or Voltorb are useless.

I guess I was just dissapointed when I got my hands on Voltorb and Mr. Mime. I mean for a pkmn as rare as Mr. Mime I expected him to learn more/better techniques. As for Voltorb, its an electric type that learns absolutely no electric techniques on its own. So yes, I agree with you that they aren't useless, just disappointing
