Mega Man 2 was an easy game as it was implied to be the game that put Mega Man on the map. In fact, it was Mega Man 2 that established Mega Man as an iconic video game icon. Capcom did not want to make MM 2 as difficult as the first game. However, Mega Man games are known for their difficulty and Mega Man 2 did have a difficult boss in it. That boss was none other than Quick Man. Quick Man made his debut in Mega Man 2 and he has appeared in other games, so lets learn about him.

Quick Man was created after the events of Mega Man one. He was created as part of Wily's new conquest for world domination, and for for revenge against Mega Man. Thus, he was 1 out of 8 new robot masters built.

Dr. Wily designed Quick Man after Elec Man. He created Quick Man to be the fastest robot master ever. He was hoping his fast speed could defeat Mega Man. He also gave Quick Man a powerful weapon the Quick Boomerang.

Quick Man set out to challenge Mega Man and he built a base full of traps. Quick Man's base is full of bobby traps such as deadly laser beams, fire, and other traps. Mega Man eventually made his way through the base and met Quick Man. Quick Man put up a very good fight but he was defeated by Mega Man.

He has appeared in other games as well. However, it is revealed that Quick Man is a race car driver. IN the Mega Man race game he is shown to be very fast. He also has a friendly rival with his friend Turbo Man as both are known for their speed and love of racing.

Appearance- Quick Man has mostly red, yellow, and black armor in most games. He had a yellow boomerang like thing on his helmet. He has cannons on his hands that he can throw his quick boomerang. He is also taller than Mega Man. His armor is light as this helps him achieve his top speed.

Personality- Quick Man is an effective leader who can make quick decisions even while under pressure. On the other hand, sometimes his decisions are compulsive as a few times he does not think before he makes decisions. He is very proud of his speed and has great pride in being one of the fastest characters in the classic Mega Man franchise. He is also confident as he believes he can achieve just about anything. Moreover, he seems to be competitive as I mentioned he has a friendly rivalry with Turbo Man. It is revealed that they contact each other to see who is the top racer. He does not like being number 2 in anything.

Attack- Quick Man is very difficult. He loves to use his speed to his advantage. He uses his speed to fire quick boomerangs. It can be difficult to dodge Quick Man himself and his boomerangs. He also loves to jump onto his opponents. He has designed hims room to be uneven to give him an advantage. Unlike other robot masters his attacks are random. His Quick Boomerang can cut through just about anything.

Weaknesses- Quick Man does have some weaknesses. Due to being light weight he can be disrupted by air weapons such as tornado weapons and wind weapons. Due to a design flaw he is weak to time stopper as this slows him down. He is also weak to some explosive weapons.

If the player defeats Quick Man he will get his Quick Boomerang weapon. A weapon that can cut through anything and can even return back to the player having a high amount of ammo.

He is designed after Elec Man and is one of the fastest robot masters built by Wily. He uses his speed and powerful quick Boomerangs as weapons.

Good Point- Quick Decisions and a good leader.

Bad Point- He can be impulsive and he also does not like to rest.

Likes- Race Cars.

Dislikes- Slow things

Quick Man as his name implies does not like anything slow. He wants everything to be fast. He even wants his subjects to be fast.

In the Mega Man race game he is shown to drive a red race car known as the sonic formula. His car can be upgraded to be one of the fastest. In his ending it shows that Turbo Man who has won some championships challenges Quick Man for a race. It another version it is revealed Turbo and Quick Man are friends as they are both made for their speed.

Quick Man was one of my favorites along with Wood Man from Mega Man 2. Quick Man has made appearances in other games as well. It could be argued he might be one of Dr. Wily's favorites due to his multiple appearances in games. In games he does not appear in he is referenced. It should be noted Elec Man had both speed and power and thick armor. Elec Man despite being designed after Elec Man has thinner armor and is more speed than power. On the other hand, he has a powerful weapon the Quick Boomerang compared to Elec Man's thunder Beam.

He is one of the few robot masters that puts up a good fight against Mega Man. Despite putting up a good fight he was still defeated by Mega Man. Basically, Quick Man is known for his speed. This concludes the Quick Man Biography.
