Wind Man is a robot master that is based on an element. In this case he is an air themed robot master. He first appeared in Mega Man 6. I have decided to do a bio about this robot master, so lets learn more about him.

Wind Man was originally built by a Chinese Company. His original role was an agriculture robot. He could use his winds to help keep frost off of plants on cool nights. In addition, sometimes he was used to fight fires. Wind can help put out fires or it can also help spread fire. His role was to help fire fighters get an upper hand. He is capable of generating winds over 300 miles per hour possibly up to 425 miles per hour or 480 kilometers up to 685 kilometers.

His company modified him for combat. They gave him several weapons. Then he was entered into the world robot tournament hosted by Mister X. The tournament was a ruse and Mister X (Dr. Wily) took the 8 robots and modified them in his latest scheme to take over the world. He was eventually defeated by Mega Man.

Wind Man's colors are green, tan/light brown, and reddish orange. He has extra jets in his body that allow him to hoover and increase his speed.

Wind Man has a strong rivalry with another air themed robot master Air Man. Wind Man is an upgrade and is seen as superior to Air Man. However, Air Man sees himself as the first air based robot master and he takes that very seriously. He also resents Wind Man for being an upgrade over him. Both robot masters are similar as both can generate high wind speeds.

Wind Man has several attacks. First he can hoover and fly with his jets. This allows him to use his weight by landing on his opponents. Basically, he has a smash attack. He can also fire propeller projectiles out. In addition, he can also generate very high winds. The winds can also be used to pull opponents toward him. This is another feature he shares with Air Man. His main attack is his wind storm. Tornado like projectiles that can be shot from his cannon. This is another feature he shares with Air Man and later Tornado Man. As all three robot masters can use tornado like projectiles as ways to attack.

His weakness is the Centaur Flash and later games the Centaur Arrow. The Centaur Flash/Arrow stuns him. It is expected it might mess up his gravity. This is another feature he shares with another air themed robot master Gyro Man. Gyro Man is weak to Gravity Hold as it messes up his gravity and equalibrium.

Being built by a Chinese company Wind Man is an excellent cook. Even though, he does not use it as his attack. He is very skilled at Karate especially Kung Fu.

Personality Wise- He takes that he is an upgrade over Air Man and to some extend Gyro Man seriously. He can also be a philospher at times. He also loves to cook and serve meals. This also could be because he was originally an agriculture robot. He hates bicycles because his cannot ride them well due to his weight and jets. He also does not like Asian herbal medicine. He things they are useless and quackery.

Wind Man is one of my favorite Robot Masters from Mega Man 6. I think it is because as a Meteorology he deals with wind. Also his tornado projectiles are pretty cool. Anyway, this concludes my bio about Wind Man.
