Heyo today I'm going to be the most biased reviewer ever as I review my favorite game of all time Persona 5. When it comes to this game I can only try my best to be fair but I adore this game more than any other.


Graphics 10/10 -
Perhaps the most amazing thing about this game is it's graphic design and it's UI, the menus in this game beat every other game I've ever played by such a large margin that I don't even know how to begin to describe how stylish this game is. The graphics are what you would expect of an anime looking game this late in the PS3 life cycle, it's hard to find anything to complain about. I also have to mention the game's art is outstanding in particular when you finish a fight with an all out attack the artwork along with the UI is just phenomenal.


Sound 10/10 -
The sound design is amazing throughout the game, I'll go ahead and say that I played with the Japanese cast so when I say I had no issues with any voice actors know I'm not referring to the English cast. I of course would be the worst reviewer on the planet if I didn't mention this game's fantastic soundtrack. The battle theme alone Last Surprise is sure to play in your head for long after you finish this game, speaking of battle themes one of the boss themes Rivers In The Desert is one of the best boss themes you will ever hear. I haven't yet mentioned one of my top three favorite songs ever Life Will Change, it plays when you infiltrate a palace after sending a calling card and it makes for one of the most amazing feelings I've ever experienced in a game it just screams the feel of "We're coming to take you down" and I can't do it justice even listening to the song without playing the game I can't promise will give the same feel. On a more peaceful note Beneath The Mask plays as a background theme as you go through the day to day life and it's super relaxing and honestly can be calming to listen to on a stressful day. There's so many more tracks I would love to mention but I don't wanna go on forever on music alone.


Addictive 10/10 -
It is very easy to find yourself before you even realize spending twelve hours a day playing this game and for me when that happened it was kind of shocking this is the first none Pokemon Role Playing Game I ever decided to try and play through and it hooked me so hard that I could not stop myself from playing it and when I wasn't playing it I was listening to the music. I wasn't even sure I would like the game when I decided to buy it to be my game I would play over the summer and then when I started playing it I was instantly addicted.


Story 7/10 -
I'm not going that deep in the story because I believe it's best to see it yourself. The basic premise is that Joker the main character gets forced to move in with a coffee shop owner then ends up getting dragged into the events of the main story by an app on his phone, or well that's the most basic summary I can do of it at least. I will say there is a certain part of the game where the story just takes a huge toll and honestly is a drag to get through but afterwards the game picks itself right back up.


Depth 8/10 -
The game has so many things for you to spend your time on you can go to many different cities and do different things such as working a part time job, and other activities to raise your social stats which you need to progress when you try to max different confidants for different abilities and to learn about characters back stories. On the other hand the game also has many Persona's to fuse and convince to join your team so you can try to complete the Pokedex Compendium. The game also features a new game plus where you can carry over items from your first play through so you can work on the Compendium again, try to max every confidant in one run, or even try to take on a secret extra hard boss.


Difficulty 6/10 -
This is kind of hard to rate with the game having many difficulty options I probably could put it at any number and it be accurate to one of the options but I put it at a six because I had a difficult but not frustrating time on normal that felt very rewarding, but if you're more experienced with Role Playing Games I would at the very least play on hard.


Overall 10/10 -
This game's different aspects all come together so well to make the most enjoyable game I have ever played. I tried my best to not just fan boy the whole time but honestly I failed completely and no I'm not sorry I can't do this game justice no matter how hard I try so if you've ever been interested all I can recommend is you go try it yourself or wait for Persona 5 Royal to come out on PS4 in a few months.
