Sorry if this had been made before but why do people not seem to like the gba games? i mean people seem to like emerald some but not ruby and sapphire or fire red and leaf green for that matter. I don't understand why these games are (as many people call them) the black sheeps of the series.i think fire red and leaf green were very god remakes and from what ive played they are loyal to the original storyline pretty much. and i think ruby.sapphire/emerald had a very good story and good game play. so why do u guys think these games are not liked as much?

I could understand Fire Red and Leaf Green since they are just remakes of originals, but Ruby and Saphire weren't appealing as the storyline was a little different from each one. But in Emerald you catch Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza! Plus, Team Magma and Aqua are involved in the storyline.

I rather enjoyed Ruby & Sapphire. It was a plus that the special battle area was there, that both evil teams were involved, & you could get Rayquaza, Kyogre, & Groudon in Emerald but that shouldn't make you shun R & S. I also got my shiny Oddish(now a Bellossom) in Sapphire.

i don't think that Ruby/Sapphire is that bad, but they just doesn't hold up against time like Red/Blue or Gold/Silver did, and not to mention that I, personally, didn't like that you couldn't get all of the old ones with Ruby/Sapphire.

Well of course! How else would they cater to the fans with Kanto remakes and a 3-D RPG that is the closest they'll ever get to the main games on a consol? I mean, they could, but they'd be useless.

And don't say DPPt made Heart Gold and Soul Silver useless because you got almost everything: It didn't. They did that to push the DSi.
