I am also getting some notification regarding unsafe content, but in my case seems to only appear in pages with the old site code.

My guess is that the old site code had something built in that the SSL Certificate may not approve. While it's true that all the pages still using the old code will be migrated soon, if my guess is true then we should encourage David to speed up the process and make it a priority so the full site is safe.
