There are a couple things you can try. First thing you could do is try with another browser. I don't have any experience with Windows 10, so I also don't have much experience with Microsoft Edge... You could give Firefox a shot, though. If that doesn't work, you could try dialing back to the next most recent version of the plugin. To my knowledge, it wont delete your data for ROMs as long as you don't uninstall first.

EDIT: Just make a note that, if you do have to dial back a version, you won't be able to netplay. The latest version is required for that.

Just going to mention that I also have Windows 10 and I am also having the same exact problem on Google chrome. (For all games)

However, games work completely fine on Firefox for me. So a workaround to this problem is to use Firefox for now. (or another web browser that works)

I'll post here again if I figure out a solution to get games working on chrome.

What mohammed says is right, unfortunately.
There seems to be some kind of problem with the latest Chrome and we haven't figured out how to fix it yet.

The only solution we have right now is to use FireFox for the RGR.

2. Now, all the way at the bottom of the page, click on "Show advanced settings".

3. Scroll all the way down. Under "System", uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available". 

Restart chrome and games should work now...
