So about two weeks ago, I ordered a free trial bottle of Pure Asian Garcinia (weight loss pills). I took them as directed and they didn't do anything for me. It is not to late for me to return the pill bottle and cancel the subscription, but the due date is in 2 days, before I am charged for my first ''real'' bottle. I called the company today to try to cancel my subscription and to ask if I can return my bottle.

The woman on the phone said yes and gave me a return address on the phone, but I couldn't totally understand what she was saying & I'm scared of getting the address wrong. I asked her to repeat a few times & still no go.

I heard something of an address and made SOME sense of it & KINDA made it out on Google & got AN address, but I'm not 100% sure if its the RIGHT address.

I don't want to be charged because I have to ship it twice (once for trying, twice if the first address was wrong). I don't want to be charged for my first ''real'' bottle.

Help? If you were me, you would....?

I would try to call again and make it clear you are cancelling so they don't try and send out another bottle and charge you for it.
Then, hopefully you get someone you can understand and you can confirm the return address.

Vanelan : Yes. She definitely said she will cancel it. When I called back with the tracking number, after I returned the item via USPS, the guy on the phone said its cancelled & the company will take it from here. I'm just a bit worried about the address not being correct....
