Hello, I'm extremely new here, so I apologize if this has already been posted, or is in the wrong board. 

I have been searching, and searching for a 1st-3rd generation Pokémon Rom hack with GBA graphics? Does one exist? Or maybe something similar?

Searching for Pokémon hacks? That's also the first thing I did when I joined. There is even a special page to search for them - https://www.vizzed.com/play/pokemon&category=10.

I have played a lot of the Pokémon hacks as well and I can recommend a few of them: Pokémon Rebirth (all 386 Pokémon are obtainable), Pokémon Shiny Gold (a GBA version of Pokémon Gold), Pokémon Ash Gray (based on the first season of the Anime), Pokémon Fuligin (you join Team Rocket in this game) and the Ruby Destiny series are great games as well.

There's a ton of them, check our the link that mudkip posted, but if you would also like some recommendations, I would suggest Light Platinum as well as Ash Grey. They are both really cool and are way different than most of the games so I think you might like them.

You can't directly download them onto your tablet from vizzed, but you can click them on here and then transfer them from your PC to your tablet.

The roms are located in the vizzed data folder.
To get there, follow these steps:
Press Windows Key + R
In the box that opens, type in (or copy/pasta) C:ProgramDataVizzedVizzedRgrPluginRoms
Find the files you would like to transfer and copy them to your tablet.
