I got them this past Thursday (tomorrow makes it a week) from tripping on something while jogging.

How much longer should I keep these bandaged, honestly? How many more days or weeks?

*Warning, I am not a professional in medicine despite anything you might have heard. I do know a thing or two about it, though*
Well, I'd say it's up to you. Scars seem to have "sealed" up, meaning the chance of it becoming infected is gone or at a minimum, however it hasn't completely healed, and as a scab can be "opened" up pretty easy, so you might want to wear them for a couple of days more, 1-2 should be more than fine.
