I've been doing a bit better in terms of sleep, as in actually sleeping the time I need. I'd usually get 4-6 hours of sleep most nights (sometimes less) excluding weekends because I like staying up at night. But have to go school which has made me pretty tired during the day and despite what that may indicate I'm not a person who can stay alert on that amount of sleep most of the time (as much as I wish I was). Recently I've been getting 7+ hours most nights and I'm going to try and keep that up. It does help with keeping focused in school. Though the actual times I go to sleep still vary a lot. Though since I recently started going to the gym I think that'll help with keeping a somewhat more consistant routine.

I'd say I get an average of 7-8 hours of sleep a night. That depends on how easily I can actually fall asleep- surprisingly difficult after a long day.

Of course on weekends I usually get more shut-eye but the margin between the amount of sleep I get during the week and the weekend has been narrowing. Conditioning, I suppose.

Typically I go to bed at around 9:00 PM but I mess around with my phone for an hour or two before I fall asleep. Yeah it's unhealthy but it's a great way to wind down.

I wake up at 7:00 AM, so that means I typically get around 8 or 9 hours of sleep a night. On weekends I get 9 to 11.

It really depends on when I'm working. Sometimes, they have me all over the place, and I don't get any sleep. I do however try to at least get 6 hours.

I'm really weird when it comes to sleep. On the weekdays I get 8 hours of sleep and I'm still tired but on weekends I wake up after 6 hours or so and then can't go back to sleep. Sometimes I can go back to sleep but most of the time I'm just wide awake and spend 10 minutes trying to go back to sleep to no avail.

Generally I sleep for 8 hours, but I can on occasion fluctuate between 6-10 hours depending on how busy I am and how busy I've been. Though even if I'm completely shattered I can't sleep any longer than 10 hours. Nor can I ever sleep past 7AM which is weird.

Somehow I manage to surprise myself time and time again with how late I stay up. I can force myself to go to bed at an earlier time, but every atom within my body fights against me, and I end up staying awake until the early hours of the morning. On school nights, I've gone to bed at 2:00-3:00 in the morning more times than I can count, which provides me with only 3-4 hours to sleep, no where near the recommended amount. In spite of this, I am able to stay relatively awake and alert throughout the school day which is the scary thing. Unsurprisingly, this trait carries over on weekends as well, only I manage to stay up even later. I can't help that I'm a night owl, perhaps it's due to the fact that my circadian rhythm is on a different wavelength than that of what is considered normal.

My sleep margin is average but slightly below because I sleep for 6.5 hours to 7.5 at most occasionally more and much less. It's ok though because if I lose sleep I can just sleep during my teacher's terrible lectures intended for other students.

I get 6 hours of sleep most of the time. Or when I feel tired, I'll get 7. However it feels that the longer I sleep, the more tired I end up waking up. The later I go to sleep, the less tired I wake up.

I usually get six or seven hours of sleep. I get up really early, and go to bed little before midnight. It leaves me pretty tired. But my getting up so early and staying up late is TOTALLY 100% necessary for me to do all the junk I need to get done.

I don't sleep anywhere near as much as I should. For instance, in the past 48 hours, I've slept about 1.5 hours in that time frame. Depending how today goes for TdV, I may stay up another full day or sleep a few hours at most. I've been like this for as long as I can remember though, and I'm told as a baby / toddler, I only needed about 2 - 4 hours of sleep per day (my parents say I was a nightmare child in that sense). My current record is around 65 hours straight, but I'd like to try and break it someday. Who knows, maybe these last two days of TdV will be when I finally pull it off?

On a normal day though, it's about 3 - 6 hours per night.
