I think the meaning of it is ridiculous. However, it is kind of cool, but mostly because it is just that strange.

I have, my friend actually has this card in his collection. He is a big Pokémon card game player. He spends ton's of money to play and likes to get as many rare cards as possible.

This card right here is a ultra rare holographic black star promo card. This card can sell for a decent amount of money but I wouldn't know how much ( only if it's in mint condition of course ). It was released 1999 so it's pretty old. I play the trading card game a little bit and wouldn't mind using it, if it was my birthday.
