So, zanderlex made a thread a few days about about a site called "1iota". He said something about tickets to being a Super Bowl commercial for the two teams that made it. He also summoned me since he knows that I don't live that far from Seattle, and will be moving extremely close to it this Friday. 

Well, I got an email on Sunday night telling me that I wasn't going to be picked because of when I put my information in on Friday afternoon or whenever it was. I honestly was not even a bit disappointed, because I wasn't expecting it. I really only signed up as a way to kill a few minutes, and a " it'd be cool if I got in. I could take my Mom for a early birthday present since she's such a huge Seahawks fan " kind of thing. So no biggy. 

Well, I checked my email a few hours ago, when I getting prepped for a stream of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, and I saw an email from them, so I clicked it. It said I had made it, and that I had gotten in. It said I needed to print my tickets before somebody else got priority over me. So I went into the living room, begged my aunt to let me borrow the computer, and when I told her why, even she was rushing me to print them off. And guess what? I DID IT TIME!!! 

So I got a hold of my Mom to tell her. She wasn't very excited until I actually told her why she needed to get tomorrow off. Then she started freaking out. Well, her boss couldn't give her the day off. They are actually pretty good friends, as far as I know. It was more of a matter of having nobody to take my Mom's shift tomorrow, and the extremely short notice. My mom was extremely depressed and on the verge of tears when she told me. 

So, not wanting me to waste this once in a lifetime opprotunity, she told me to call her house and ask my sister Karen if she wanted to go since SuperYoshi ( or whatever her name on here is ) is going to community college, and has morning classes tomorrow. Well, neither of them are home. 

Well, Karen just called me, and wanted to know what she needed to do. She is super excited, almost as much as me. Honestly, I think it's more so because she won't have to deal with out sister and Mom for a day, but still. 

I am so excited!!! 

zanderlex : Thank you so much man. I owe you one! 

thing1 : It's not the same as actually being there at the game, but it really is the next best thing, if you get there early enough, maybe you can be at the very front and be right at the camera. If you get there right when it sayd to get there, there might be quite a few people in front of you.


Think I should make an official thread for the site and list all of the stuff they have? I do happen to work for them.

zanderlex : That could be cool. Maybe set it up to where if people want updates for certain things or areas, they can pay you a monthly Viz fee or something to keep them up to date. I'd definitely pay for it. Even if not, make the thread anyways. That would be awesome. 

That sounds like a cool idea for keeping everybody up to date.

Davideo7 : Don't know if you saw this when you were going through New Posts a bit ago. Thought you might find this interesting. 

zanderlex : The shooting was pretty boring. I was in the cold street for about an hour and a half with 300 other people. I mostly stayed near the back of the crown in each section. 

If anybody wants to try to spot me, I am usually somewhere near the back of each section ( we did the shooting about 25 times in about 6 or 7 places on the street and in the area to give the impression of there being more people ) waving my arms across each other, instead of holding up a flag or a sign or just my arms straight up. So, that's how you can spot me if you care. 

As for the what the commercial is going to be about, i don't think I can say. Sorry. All I can say is that it's about the Seahawks fans, which I already knew. 

Still, its something that's pretty big, if you can be found, they it can be even bigger since you're in one of the biggest tv spots in America.

thing1 : It's a really interesting thing where you're going to be in a commercial that is going to be viewed by millions of people not just in the United States, but all over the world.

I don't think I would ever be in any normal commercial, let alone a Super Bowl commercial

I'll go into more detail after the Super Bowl about the commercial, when it's fresh in my mind again, and I have seen the final result. 

thing1 : Did they say anything about when the commercial will air? I mean, it can't be during the super bowl, can it? Isn't the whole point of a commercial to promote it?

zanderlex : It will be during the Super Bowl itself. As for when during the Super Bowl, I don't know. But, based off of what I do know, but can't tell you, I can only assume it will be during the First Half. 

Not allowed to give out secrets are you? I understand if that's the case, a lot of weird stuff happened at events I went to.
