I have the plugin installed on my computer but when I try to play games in the RGR it says the plugin is not detected even though i installed it twice and restarted my browser each time... I wanna play my games help?

Ok, we need a bit of info to help you.

What browser and OS are you using?

So instead of starting a new thread and because this is, from all appearances, essentially the same problem as that which I am experiencing, I will post here instead of posting new clutter.

I downloaded the plugin a couple of weeks ago so I do not remember which games I specifically tried to play then, but from all appearances the problem is persistent across all games, certainly those which I have tried. The problem continues to be persistent.

I have read the FAQ & Help Center section titled "Plugin Not Found"  and have attempted every suggestion except for #5 about checking to be sure you are using the most updated version . . . I do not know how to check that and I am also doubtful that is the issue when it has in effect always been the problem. I mean, I'm assuming the original download link I got gave me the most recent version?

I am using Windows 8 and Chrome is my browser. I also tried alternatively on Internet Explorer, but had similar ill luck.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. thankyou very much.

I suppose I can answer for the 3 common browsers starting with Chrome;

In Chrome, type
chrome://plugins/
in the address bar.

Find
Vizzed Retro Game Room Plugin-Version:2, 0, 0, 0
And check the box for "Always Enabled"

Close the browser and reopen it.

In IE
Click the gear icon at the top right and click compatibility view settings
In the box, type in
vizzed.com
Click add

Restart the browser

In Firefox
type
about:plugins
in the address bar
Click addons on the right side
Find
Vizzed Retro Game Room Plugin-Version:2, 0, 0, 0
in the drop down box, select "Always Activate"

Restart the broswer.

If this doesn't work, let me know.
