Do you have a hard time sleeping? I have a sleeping disorder so often it's pretty hard for me to sleep.. sometimes I end up sleeping way to much after I have been up for to many hours then there is the times when I never get any sleep what so ever.


Can you give me any suggestions on what could help me sleep better? And if you have problems to let me hear your stories.

I don't have trouble sleeping. I sleep whenever I'm tired which is often at odd hours during breaks and vacations. When I need to keep a routine I work out an hour before sleeping and I end up falling asleep early.

Yeah I have the same problem, I eventually just started taking sleeping pills. It feels weird the first few times but you get used to it after a while . my problems more or less that I'll go to bed and it'll take me around two to three hours to go to sleep without using pills or some kind of medicine. One thing I noticed is that I'll manage to get to sleep if my TVs on. I have no idea why but it works . so I recommend keeping your tv on, and if that really doesn't solve it, get some sleeping pills !

My private suggestion is try to:

3. ...avoid eating heavy food before 2-3 hours from sleeping time.


4. ...don't be lazy to practice those 3 before sleeping.

Any pills are not a safe solution. Healthy lifestyles must be practice more by natural from earlier and NOT by the quick artificial ones.

I do not have issues falling asleep, but I constantly awake throughout the night and sometimes am I unable to return to my sleep. Unfortunately, I guess I do have issues falling asleep.

I have trouble sleeping every night. 
I probably see myself more as a night person. As far as I remember, I've been like that since I was a kid. 
Kinda made waking up for school hard and makes working during the day kinda suck. :p

I have trouble sleeping.
Probably because I just don't get tired until the early hours for the morning but also I can never seem to get comfy. 
I even brought  an extra
comfy mattress, yes it feels better but it does not help me at all.
I am always late for school because of this.

It is very hard to sleep for me. It usually takes me over a hour to sleep. If I get lucky, I can sleep in 45 minutes or less. I think it's pretty bad obviously. I just wish I could sleep much easier and earlier. I don't drink sodas or anything like that.

Black Bot : Maybe you could try exercising before sleeping, drinking warm milk, or taking a short warm shower before sleeping. All three have soporific effects and usually make people fall asleep like anything. For me, an hour of solid workout and running will make me sleepy at any time of the day.
