Finally!  My review of Mega Man 2 is here!  In all honesty, I wanted to do this earlier, but I kept not doing it because either the review suddenly crashed or I didn't feel like doing it.  In my honest opinion, I find this the BEST game in general on the NES (FLAME SHIELD FROM SUPER MARIO BROS  3 FANS UP!)!  This also used to be my favorite Mega Man game in general, but I'll save that for later...  For now, let's CRASH the Super Mario Bros. 3 club and let's get this review done in a FLASH (pun intended, no offense intended).

Graphics:  This game's graphics are AMAZING!  The graphics are polished and look like what you would see in real life if super fighting robots existed.  They also pay attention to detail, such as bubbles in Bubble Man's stage, flowing lava in Heat Man's stage, and Mega Man blinking!  I also love this game's choice of color scheme, as all of it seems natural (in my perspective anyway...).  I give graphics a 10/10!

Sound:  If you've heard Wily Castle 1, then you already know how legendary this soundtrack is!  From slightly breezy soundtrack in Wood Man's forest, to tense, heated music for Heat Man's Lava Factory(?), to the darkness of Wily Castle 2.  This game seemingly goes past the NES's music capabilities.  Just one word: AMAZING!   I give sound a 10/10!

Addictiveness:  Mega Man games were made to play over and over and over again!  The game is fairly short, but not so short so that you would be done in 10 seconds flat (pun intended).  Because of it's decent length, the game makes you want to play over and over and over again!  If you've read my Kirby's Adventure review, then you know that I played that game twice.  I haven't tried to play this game again though... yet.  Because of that reason, I can only give addictiveness an 8/10.

Story:  Admittingly, Mega Man games weren't really good with story.  Short story long, it's been months since the events of the first game.  However, Dr. Wily decides to counterattack, so he creates 8 more robot masters.  Mega Man hear's of this, so he get's his plasma cannon ready (it's not the Mega Buster yet, so be patent!) and decides to fight the 8 robot master to save the world again!  That was still pretty short yet that's the long version!  Sorry Mega Man 2, i'm only giving your fairy tale story a 5/10.

Depth:  Depth doesn't have a lot, which is why I think this game was made for addictiveness, but let's describe everything you can do.  You can collect these E-tanks that restore your health by 28 points (your entire meter); you can hold up to 4 of these magical items.  There are 8 robot masters to beat, then you can go and defeat 5 wily stages!...  That was QUICK (another pun intended... fine, I'll stop these puns now)!  Depth, you got a 3/10

Difficulty:  HOLY GUACAMOLE!  This game is insanely hard!  All of the stages have a decent length (well... most...) and each one has at least one unique gimmick!  Ranging from Wood Man's hot dog enemies (not what you think), Heat Man's disappearing blocks, and don't even get me started with Quick Man's force beams of instant destruction!  Each stage is incredibly hard!  However, they're all learnable, so that keeps difficulty at a solid 7/10!

Overall:  This is a great game that you should check out!  If you want to get into the Mega Man series, then this is where you should start!  I give this game a 9.8/10!  Thanks for spending your time on reading my review, I appreciate it!  Please rate and comment on this review (it's okay to put in some suggestions, just don't flame, okay?).
