So far, I went through the first palace and quit.
The game has a few new items but it is not a sit back and enjoy game. It is a difficulty increase. Thankfully all of the Palace locations, Towns, and Power Ups seem to be in the same spots and order so far.
The design of the Dungeons or Palaces was reworked and the Enemies have been redistributed.
The Programmer seemed to be very fascinated with building traps for the player.
He did give the player over 10 lives with each continue but there are a ton of frustration traps.

I wonder if he made this game as a prank for a college buddy. Somehow made a cartridge and sat back and waited to see him suffer. It would only work on the A.V.G.N. Who was not out till years later. This hack was made in 2000. So that's out.

I wish Hackers could figure out a way to fuse Zelda 1 and Zelda 2 together. Separately they are O.K. But I strongly think that if a person were to make a combination of the two? It would be sweet.

Any Hackers out there that take requests???

Anyway I recommend this game to people that want to play a hard Zelda 2. Think of it as a Hard Mode selection.
I would Complete it and Review it, but it is not very different from the original Zelda 2.
Plus I am already in the middle of memorizing a different map on a different Zelda Hack That Is Near Impossible. "Shadow Of Night" I think is the name of that one.

This game is for Zelda Fans who want a game that says "hard core fan" if they complete it.
