Yes I have a big family, I have 1 brother and 3 sisters and 4 half brothers and sisters.

I have a normal sized family I guess you could say. I have 1 brother and sister, but each of my parents had bigger families, My mother had 2 brothers and a sister for a total of 6 people in her family, and my father had 3 brothers and 1 sister in his family and that puts him at seven. So I guess for my generation my family is considerably small compared to some of the families people have now, but families were much bigger and because people are becoming more educated and are going to college, they are having less kids so that must be the cause. I personally am unsure about kids yet, I can't say I am crazy about them because my brother and sister drive me crazy all the time, but if I had to, I guess I could have maybe 1 or 2 kids and that is the limit for me, my parents joke around about how they are never getting out of school because all 3 of us are so far apart, I am 15, my sister is almost 12, and my brother is almost 7, so it seems like they always have to re learn stuff from school and homework that they get.

I want exactly zero kids.kids cost a lot of money and require a lot of responsibility to take care of you got to bathe them,you got to feed them,and you got to watch them for who knows what kind of trouble they may get in.

I have three brothers, so we're not huge. I want three kids - two boys and a girl. Plus I want to adopt a little black boy named Riche. He's going to have dreads and I'm going to love him a lot.

I have a moderately large intermediate family, I have 3 sisters and another brother. 2 of my sisters are over 21 and my brother is also over 21.

I'm not a "family man". I don't love children more than most people, and I don't want even one. It's odd, I am from a big family, but that desire was never part of me. Children are too much work and money... I'd rather have pets.

Now if you asked about animals, then yes, I have a decent size family, and it's only going to get bigger.

Light Knight : I don't understand why people say that those with big families want big families, those with big families want their peace and quiet once they move out of their parents' home. It's not exactly fun growing up as the oldest (or surely the middle or the youngest child) child of a family with four kids-- personalities clash, you compete with the other children for attention, etc. I don't see how people can deal with it for 18 or more years, then say they want the same amount of children (but my view is from being one of four-- I'm sure one of my best friends, who was an only child would beg to differ though.) The financial strain of four children is enough to send me running in the opposite direction (especially now-- three sets of braces and college funds for us.)

Like you, I want pets. I want all of the dogs-- I know the first dog I'm getting is a lab/German Sheppard mix if I have space. If not, a Yorkshire Terrier or a mix bred of a Yorkie and another dog (rescued, of course.).

I come from a family of six. Mom, dad, two younger brothers, a younger sister, and three dogs. My parents consider our dogs honorary siblings, regardless of their origins or furry 'human' status, and I've grown up with the same view (my parents got our first dog when I was five-- I had a dog before a brother.)

Also known as-- I know I'm not the favorite child. The dogs are. I would say they don't talk back, but they do. (One of our past dogs had to have the last word in an argument.)

Then I have more than one family-- I'm close to my best friend's family. She's an only child, but her parents have been there for me a lot like my own-- my family's helped them when they needed help and they've helped us when we needed help. It's a bond I'm grateful for.

I have a pretty big family. Currently I live with my mom, stepdad, maternal grandparents, aunt, uncle, cousin, and 2 youngest brothers. Then I have my dad and his family, and I have my grandparents siblings (they each have at least 8) and their children and grandchildren (my cousins). In fact I haven't even met all my relatives, including my blood related paternal grandfather.

I would like to have a son and a daughter when I am an adult and married with someone. I don't mind having at least two kids.

There's not many people left on my dad's side of the family, but there's a ton on my mom's side. She was one of six children. Five of the six have 2-3 of their own children.

As for myself, I can't see myself ever having children.

Well, I'm not sure if I my family is considered big but I have 2 sisters and myself (of course) and my mom and dad. So thats 5 people in total. I think thats all I have... I don't know about my other relatives...
