 lately i ve been noticing not just my profile but every body else user profile we now have these things called Contribution Points:  what are they supposed to do ? and how do you earn them edit sorry for double posting this thread

thetruemasterofgames :  Usually when an announcement is made, it will be up near the link which reads 'announcements' and it will look similar to the way your pm box does when you get a new message.  I can't remember if Davideo7 posted that thread as an official announcement or not, but it never hurts to check the thread I linked above.  This way, you don't have to create threads for questions that have already been addressed.

I don't know how much he wants us to say about it, so I won't say anything other than it is in Beta, and it will a feature that everybody will love. If all goes well, it should be in full force by the end of next week.
