Vizzed has upgraded chat rooms again. The new chat room is located on a different server which means that if Vizzed is down, the chat room wont be. Use your Vizzed board login details to get into the chat room.

Currently you need a Flash compatible browser to get into the chat room but that'll change on Monday.

Something I should point out.  The chat room no longer logs your chat minutes (maybe in the future it will though) and it also no longer costs Viz to use the chat room.

The chat room is not only lag free but is just filled with tons of nice features. Here's a few worth mentioning:
-Can be in more than 1 room at a time (and it lets you know when each room gets a new message)
-Can embed youtube videos to chat
-Shows who is typing and when
-Custom Avatars (this feature will be available on monday)
-A special chat room with a media player
-Chat History
-Better mod options for the staff
-Lots of adjustable options for each user
-Tons more, you'll just have to try it out to see

yeah that sounds like a good idea in case the site gets hit again and you want to still want chat with someone or know whats going on with the site.also because the chat is free again  i might check it out .by the way i like the new changes when posting its much better thanks.

I've been on the chat for a few days and it's so awesome! . So does this go towards your chat hours? Are you going to implant the cost of Viz feature to keep the spammers out? Other than that this chat is great leggy but the swear filter so everytime you swear the swear turns into zebra

Anyways, this looks great, except for the fact that I can't connect at all. I'm getting a new internet connection by Monday... maybe that will help.

Ugh I want to check out the chatroom, but my phone won't run flash.

It's possible his name is connected to mine now. I'll test later. If so, it would be as easy as changing his password on the chat.

Is it possible to add music or videos to be played in the Youtube room?

I simply love this chat room.  I can now go on there when my sis is home and no fear for any bad pics being put up (note all pics that were being put up were safe, my lil sis just gets scared at random things).  I also love the fact that we don't have to constantly refresh the page ever few minutes just in case it froze. 4 thumbs up on this one David (yes that is including my foot thumbs).  ^^
