I suggest that the next game for the highscore competition would be Rush'n Attack (If you haven't done that game yet). I suggest this game because of its side-scrolling, fun action. In this game an armed guy with a diminutive knife has a mission to go free an abandoned well-armed camp. Along the way the player would collect power-ups, but has a certain amount of ammunition or time. In the game the player dodges so much obstacles such as jumping over bombs, avoid gun shots, and many more.
As I said, I suggest Rush'n Attack. It is a fine, classic, and Nes game. It was made by Konami, one of the best producers of the Nes games such as Castlevania, Contra, and Gradius. This game will live on to be the best and challenging game to me.

If you try to go over this score, it WILL loop back to 0 points. A couple people on GameFAQs have detailed the number of points each enemy gives upon killing them, and NONE of them use the tens or ones digit, so you can't sneak past with an extra 50 points. Sorry.

Queston- when you send the screen shot using NESCafe is there a way to get back to the game so you don't have restart? The screen shot message is up and I don't want to close the window. Otherwise 4 hours of my life will have been wasted.

Cyro Xero : Unfortunately once you take a screenshot, the game ends. This is out of my control, if I could, I'd make it so you can continue playing

I know this doesn't help you now but this June I plan to get the RGR plugin updated so that you can compete for scores using the RGR plugin and that will allow you to continue playing even after you've submitted your score.

Sniper Joes consistently around worth 5,000 points each, appearing three times... the checkpoint segment has bullet bills that appear infinitely which you can use to restore health and are worth 800 points a pop... Bomb Man himself is easy to kill with only the Mega Buster... plus a free life just sitting in the open in the level... I had 80+ lives by the time I reached max score.

Speedic : Might I suggest practicing Bomb Man's stage? He's a fairly simple boss to kill with Mega Buster only, and there's a free life in the level. Get that down, replay the level about 100 times, and you should get a good score.

sonikku : SO that's what you did? I just went to Gutsman's stage and killed that big enemy at the end over and over again, and he's worth 9,000 points each. Guess I don't have the will to get the highest score possible.

The only problem that vizzed had tough times lately , so whenever you want to get high score the maintenance interrupts your whole process, lol i need only 400 to get the max score i didn't know i can combine the scores from different monsters i just kept killing same 500 monsters in the ice level all the time , i rolled the score to 0 and had bad days scoring again till 9,999,500 and now i was shocked to know it is possible to max more than that.
Hehe hope next competition would be short running game such as Guitar Hero, even that you had to practice a lot of time.
