First of all my age I aint 17 hell I am only 15. I have no idea why I thought I would be cool lieing saying I was 17. Just thought it would be cool cause you guys would never know. Then I was also in college. F*** that S*** is lies too. Why did you do this you ask I don't know. I never realized I would have a connection to you guys I was here for the games not the people. So I thought no one would talk to the older guy but I was wrong. The only thing I ever told you true is about my sicknesses. That S*** was hard to go through and you guys helped me. I also run that is true. My physical abilites are truth but other than that I am an F****ed up liar. I mean what was I thinking? WHAT THE HELL WAS I THINKING! So basically I am here to tell you one thing. Goodbye. I can understand if you hate me if you think I am trash. I have been getting that vibe for a while now and really it is all my fault. Well ugh this has been hard to do. I can understand that you might think that I am a terrible person and you are right. You guys are my friends and I lied with a poker face on. Well, that was quite out of the blue. It nice that you were honest with us, but really, how many others here do you think are honest about their age and maybe other info? People like about their age all the time, like American women. Your attitude and personality are what matters here. It really isn't that big of a deal. You admitted that you lied and you could just get it changed. I don't understand why everyone keeps trying to leave over the silliest things.

Yeah, it doesn't matter. I admit that I haven't always been truthful, but I still hang in there and it turns out alright. My point is, don't leave; we'll all miss you, and it's such a minor reason.

I thought about it for a while and I thought that I would give it another go. Things will never be the same sure but I will try and rebuild the trust I destroyed.

billythekidmonster : First let me say that I think I speak for many people when I say that you are still young and I doubt personally that anyone truly hates you. As someone who did not have an enjoyable time during his teen years let me say that it is good that you realized that you made an error in judgment.

I also know what it feels like to have to try and pick yourself up after either making errors in judgment or just having the cards against you. It isn’t easy but it does get easier in time. As I said you’re still young so if you learn from this now the chances of you having to either make up for or make sense of errors in judgment won’t happen to you as you get older.

From my own experience, as I said I did not have an enjoyable teenage period of my life. There were a lot of things that happened in my family that had a domino effect on not only myself but other family members. In a relatively short period of time I went from being a relatively popular kid who had perfect attendance, good grades and was genuinely liked to a high school drop out who’s friends either weren’t real friends or simply forget I existed.

I am now 27 years old and although what I went through as a teen strengthened me in many ways I still deal with scars from what I went through and, trying to make sense of my own mishaps in life. I was a published writer before I left school and despite not getting a diploma I have made a respectable career for myself though I don’t make the money that I feel I deserve but doesn’t everyone feel they should get paid more than they are paid at what they do?

We’ve all told a fib at one time or another and I am not going to sit here and say that I haven’t at some point in my life because that would be an outright lie. I think what draws a person to go that route could be a couple of things.

Either they are trying to spare someone’s feelings depending on the situation and although it should not be condoned by any means and although it has it’s obvious consequences the person more often than not airs on the side of not wanting to hurt the person.

Or, and I think this might be in your case you’re looking to fit in and probably think the best way to get people to like and or accept you is to tell them a good piece of fiction. I think it is normal believe it or not especially if one takes peer pressure into account.

You’re still young kid… Just look at this as a learning experience that’s how you’ll mature from it.
