I just tested it out in IE and I got 0 threads in any forum....

I think it's intentional honestly. Forces people to register/log-in if they want to see anything. I like that. Prevents people from being as anonymous as they used to be able to be.

No this is not suppose to happen plus its a good way to kill traffic. If it required login it would have a redirect but there is a mysql error. I think it has something to do with the auto mark thread feature or sub forum feature but not sure.

As JigSaw said, this is bad for forum traffic since search engines wouldn't be able to index those pages and also because potential users wouldn't have a reason to sign up if they couldn't see threads.
