Eniitan : Omg, I had no idea there was a dubbed version. ;-; I watched that anime, like, YEARS ago on YouTube (guessing around 2006-2007ish?) and there was no dub and I remember when the one character died and the other character was crying begging them not to and talking about the life they wanna have (if i'm remembering correctly). good times I cried for years. I'm still crying. I'll forever be crying. :')

Eniitan : Yes yes, it was fun. We celebrated it the day before though? So that was pretty odd for me haha but we were also celebrating thanksgiving so we decided to just celebrate everything at once.

TheTrueUlti : I had cream pie and chocolate cake with chocolate icing. Plus thanksgiving dinner. Oh, and ice cream. P: That was the bomb. And same. I wish I could print food. ;n;

I wasn't able to get on Yesterday to say it was my birthday, but I thought I'd summarize the day. One of my art friends made me a picture, and my boyfriend got sappy and emotional and cried on the phone
and I got $100 from everyone in total so needless to say I'm either about to order some pizza or a toasted sub for dinner. P: But it was a good day.

Honestly, not really sure what I believe in
I think there is an afterlife, as I've had experiences I cannot explain
I do not think there is a god, however, or gods. Moreso something more natural? I dunno.
It's hard to explain.
But I've been a Christian before and received some things out of it. And been surrounded by "Christians" my whole life.
And I've done pagan (moreso Wicca) and received some things from it as well.
It makes me wonder if prayer is nothing more than perceiving a good event to be a sign from a god granting request.
I don't know tho. I'm not gonna argue about which faith is better. I stopped practicing Christianity and grew to be more pagan, existing in the natural world and doing good for the sake of doing good. I feel more at ease. But I dunno if I actually believe in magic or prayer--I do believe in the power of mediation, as that's been proven and why I stick with it.

yoshirulez! : Really? I thought there was proof of it? Like you could scan their brains and compare them to the male and female brain and determine how they think or something. Idk. I've just read from otherkin discussions that otherkin/therianthropes cannot compare themselves to trans people because it can be proven people are trans, so I simply assumed. :p Sorry about that.

Celestial Knight : Oh god, he was one of... those people.
But seriously though, can someone honestly explain the "trans people needing a separate bathroom" thing to me because my brother is trans. He's female-to-male, pre-op, and picks the male characters for pokemon games, and the male gender selection, and uses the male bathroom because that's what he is--a man.

CeilYurei :

Being trans means you are born in the wrong body but identify with the other gender, therefore you should feel comfortable picking the one you identify with. You can always put in your bio section you're trans, but I don't see why that really matters. I don't get the huge thing about telling people you are trans. My brother is trans. He has a lot of online friends, and he only tells them when they ask why my parents call him a girl name (he's female to male, fyi). He goes by male, identifies as a male, and has no problems picking the male gender slot on games or sites because that's what he is--a male. Because that's what trans people are--either male or female.

As for genderfluidity, I don't know enough to speak on that. I'm not entirely sure.

I feel like this topic is just grasping for something to complain about honestly.

I feel like if you have really bad temper problems, you probably should refrain from having kids. I know everyone has a breaking limit, but I'm talking about people who yell or become violent. It's not good for children.

I personally don't want children, but there's a lot of questions I'd love to ask parents about why they do things, such as sending kids to bed with no food for punishment, yelling at their child every time they do something wrong, spanking them for every mistake a child makes... the list is endless. I'd never do things as a parent (though I believe yelling and corporal punishment needs to be instated).

I understand also parents are perfect beings, but you need to be gentle
with smaller children and more sensitive children. You can seriously
damage them if you're too harsh.

I was actually ranting earlier on Facebook about how parents send their children to bed without food/refuse to feed them if they don't like what's been cooked. None of that treatment makes sense to me.

Wreck-It Ralph is the only one I've seen, but I'm not going anywhere near Pixels because Adam Sandler and All of his new stuff is so awful.

People are extremely sensitive nowadays, and as for your gender neutral bathroom, if he's trans, I don't see why he didn't use the men's bathroom. I don't understand why people get so offended over the smallest of things. I understand discrimination still exists, but my god, not everything that doesn't cater to your needs is discrimination.

Where do you live, by the way? I live in a smaller town, so I'm not familiar with having been asked where gender neutral things are (and I'm in the bible belt, so...).

So, I've been racking up quite a bit of Viz on the board recently, and right now there's a game on sale that I'm really wanting, but can't afford. I'm looking to trade 20,000 Viz for the game ($2.99 currently). If anyone is interested, you can comment and I'll send you my steam via PM.

Dragonlord Stephi : Yeah... Gink is a name even less desirable. I'm not quite sure what they would call her myself, but almost anything is better than Linkle. I joked with my friend that the male counterpart for Zelda must be called Zeldo.

geeogree :
I didn't mean it was messed up as in the plan messed up. I meant it's a messed up idea--it's a horrible idea. Terrifying. The way these things are orchestrated now. It's horrifying.

Also, normal practicing Muslims don't have to say they aren't associated with it because it should already be known that the majority religion, especially in western countries, don't go about smiting people for the sake of doing so. Christians don't have to look at events done in their god's name and say "We aren't associated with that" because people already know a small, marginalized group of radicals does not paint the way for the majority. Muslims should have to nor should they feel forced to say they aren't associated. It should be accepted

As for the idea of fear-mongering and 10-25% of radicals being integrated in western societies, I wouldn't be shocked to honestly see in the near future concentration camps much like America used on the Japanese if we go that extreme route. Hopefully not, but with how America already fears and loathes the Muslim population, it wouldn't be too terribly shocking and that's sad. I really hope I'm wrong.

I was wondering if there was anyone else who had a special videogame they go to play when they're upset about something, depressed, or just need to relax. I always go to Morrowind. It's my favorite game, and the music and atmosphere make me forget my problems almost instantly. Usually when I'm playing it, the rest of the world just kinda fades away and I melt into it. I can spend countless hours on it doing basically nothing and when I was really depressed earlier this year, I used it to help with escaping.

Anyone else have a game like that?

If I had to go with what my dream job is, it would be to publish a book someday and becoming a rather popular author so I can chat and talk about all my characters and look at fanart and make fans days by like reading their fanfictions and just being super active with people and making them smile with my work. That would be the life.
