Well I can't say all kids are too sheltered or not sheltered enough. I don't know what every parent does with their child. But I do know that some of the children I know were both too sheltered and not sheltered enough.
For instance...I'm only 20. When I was four-five-six I was watching things like Captain Planet, which seems innocent but there were a lot of instances where the planeteers were SHOT DOWN from the sky and I was watching horror movies like Friday the 13th by the time I was twelve.
My nephew, who is barely turning nine this year, has never seen Tom and Jerry or Bugs Bunny or any of those classic shows slightly older kid shows...he either watches war and wrestling movies or he watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse...
Not all kids are the same or mature the same so no one can truly say whether they are too sheltered or not sheltered enough, it depends on the child and their development.

If I could ban just one of them...I'd probably ban Rattatta's. You think those things are weak and harmless but I made my brother rage quit the other day when he used a level 97 Dragonite against my level 1 Rattatta. I had given my Rat a Focus Slash and taught it Retaliate...I don't want anyone using that combo against me so I'd like to ban that Rat!

I agree that some people only do it for 15 minutes of fame but we shouldn't ignore people who do it. What if ISIS or another group comes up with a plan to have random people, like low ranking members who don't know anything of importance, keep jumping the fence for giggles until finally jumpers are ignored? Then one of the bombers could jump it, be ignored, and blow up part of the white house. I agree that it's unlikely but if we ignored people who do it we might miss something important or it might lead to more dangerous things.

Thanks for recommending the Fire Emblem series! I love it! It's nice, challenging, and it has fighting in it which is a big plus! I haven't found the Command and Conquer or the other games that Lordbelial669 recommended though...
