mcafee is th worst antivirus program out there. when i used it i played world of warcraft and mcafee put a virus on my computer telling me i had to pay them $300 just to have them look at it. i called them and threatened a lawsuit but they said it was impossible and tried to charge me for the phone call. i got another anti vuris program and ran a scan it turned out that mcafee was the virus (this is how i learned they put it on my computer) and i removed it form my hard drive no issues at all since i removed it. it turned out that mcafee saw everything trying to form a constant internet connection as a virus and corrupted the files in the process. i haven't trusted antivirus programs since and went the route my brother in law did with avast. i'm glad the situation was solved for you and i hope you don't have anymore. i got another anti vuris program and ran a scan it turned out that mcafee was the virus (this is how i learned they put it on my computer) and i removed it form my hard drive no issues at all since i removed it. it turned out that mcafee saw everything trying to form a constant internet connection as a virus and corrupted the files in the process. i haven't trusted antivirus programs since and went the route my brother in law did with avast. i'm glad the situation was solved for you and i hope you don't have anymore. |

As someone said above, Thank You very much for the effort you put in with the RGR plug in. It has really helped me do so much I never thought I would be able to do. to be honest ive broken what I want to say down because I have too many lists to put down that I'm not even going to bother wasting your time to read them. I honestly am unable to express how grateful I am that this whole site even exists. I'm also curious about this free tune up thing. My computer is a bit old I bought it around 2009-2010 it is a dell insperon 620 64-bit operating system 8.00GB RAM with windows 7 and I want to get its code checked out and maybe inspected for any programming issues. I'm interested in accepting those services to help you out and get my buddy all doctored up at the same time. tell me what info you need to tap into my system and ill get it to you. Hello all I have two new number groups. These latest weeks have been very hard in my journey to find a job and lose weight. the story today is maybe a long one. Dareld the owner of my club has 3 grandchildren all babies and 2 born this year with in one month of each other. The larger one is Robbie he is also the youngest. Dareld was holding him and he calls me over "Look at him" so I did. Earlier I was making faces and playing with him and this baby was smiling and staring at me. "you deserve to have one of these." Dareld told me, " you have a good heart do you know how I know?" I shook my head. "Because he was staring at you and babies only stare at people with a good heart. Taking the fast and easy road with food isn't really fast and easy. All it does is subtract from the time you have to spend with your children. And look at your mother. She deserves grandchildren." I listened and after these two weeks I remember what he said and how the baby kept staring at me the whole time with his drooling smile on his face. These new numbers especially the last group are the result of this latest pep talk. this is only the first story. 5/20/15 Weight: 333.5 Body fat %: 51.25% Visceral fat: 30 lbs Hydration: 38.75% Muscle mass: 154 lbs Bone mass: 8.0 lbs basal metabolic rate/ daily caloric intake : 2421/4309 My next story is not as good as the baby one because who can top babies? While I was at the club one day we had a lunch rush. I jumped behind the counter and into the kitchen to do the dishes I promised to do and then I switched out the dirty for clean ones. For 3 hours the rush lasted and I was back cleaning and then suddenly as it began it was over and I could relax and stack the now clean blenders in a row and not have to take them out of it. Dareld sat down near me as I was playing my 3DS and said. You did a good job today. Thanks for doing the dishes it is a big help that you did. I returned his gratitude and started to think about what he said. He told me I was a big help and I had to see that what I thought about how many is needed to run the place smoothly was correct. One person to run the register one person to prepare the smoothies and one person to do the dishes and the rush is easy. I am starting to get what I want , a chance to show I am more than capable. and now the latest numbers and the real improvement. 5/26/15 Weight: 334.4 Body fat %: 46.21% Visceral fat: 26 lbs Hydration: 43.79% Muscle mass: 171.0 lbs Bone mass: 8.8 lbs Basal metabolic rate/ Daily caloric intake: 2637/4694 this is an example of how water can effect your health and how the machine reads you. This was early in the morning before I had my water. I'm reaching my goal of 45% hydration and then I will set a new goal of 220 lbs muscle mass. and 30% body fat. I shall return as soon as ii can with new this is only the first story. I am back I had some trouble changing Internet companies that left me without Internet for 3 days. Conveniently on the day I got my numbers so needless to say I have been livid with the company who severed the Internet feed. If I could prove it in court I would sue them for Mal-practice and they would be out of business. I have yet to go to the club this or last wee because Mom's stroke left her in shock.. Her body is still recovering but it is all good progress on her part. I am keeping up with my hydration as much as possible and my eating habits have declined. I suspect when I do run my numbers again I will have a lot of work to do to rebuild the results I have made. Right now my cat is laying on my back making it hard to do anything at all so I decided to leave this |

I have had new numbers for a while and didn't post because they are an example of how much the information changes due to Hydration. I have been worried because my mom is in the hospital and they are starting to think it is a blood clot. They don't know. I might post an see life is fair. The Hindu call it Karma. Jesus said "you reap what you sow." the modern phrase is "what goes around comes around." people fail to see that Life is fair and that the people in it aren't fair. Those who can't face the responsibility for their actions and thoughts claim "life isn't fair" to hide from it. This is only my personal belief and I only have 24 years of experience. Story time is over time for those numbers I have been procrastinating about. My next post will show a decline because of the stress I have been under. The paper I have this one written down on has 3 sessions and 3 readings. 4/12, 4/14, and the most recent on the paper that has the numbers 4/17. I did take another measurement since and have yet to write it down it is in a computer at the club. 4/17/2015 weight : 334.1 lbs body fat% : 45.03 Hydration:44.32 muscle mass: 174.7 bone mass 9.0 lbs visceral fat 26 Basal metabolic rate/daily caloric intake: 2685/4780 these are the changes I might consider putting the other ones on here too but I decided against it because previous posts have the information on the paper. the numbers should be for BMR and DCI should be reversed and the names too I wrote them down as they are on the sheet I got. my hydration is going to suffer if I don't drink more water. I have joined a summer body challenge and my next post will have 2 sets of numbers also dated like this one. It is difficult to maintain my hydration and the most difficult part of this whole journey. Therefore it is what I am surprised to see improve because I remember everything I eat and drink. Take care of yourselves and please like these posts if you do and share them with your friends. I also want to Pm with my readers to hear their stories as well and maybe say more details because I can't advertise what I do here. it is a good rule system and I follow it to the best of my ability. I want to shout out to the creator of this site a hearty Thanks and I hope the issue with Google chrome is fixed soon. If it hasn't been already. I would also like to shout out to Shingelli or how ever you spell her screen name please forgive my rudeness for not remembering. saying Congratulations on your new baby on the way and I hope you return to read these posts. see life is fair. I'm having the same problem I will be patient and wait until you guys fix it. As for us complainers I have one thing to say. They know and it is being investigated and repaired tie a rope around your shirts to keep them on and pull up your pants go watch youtube or something I myself and listening to classical music to help diffuse my irritation that this has happened. I have faith in the team The founder put together you should too. Relax and let it blow over. |

I have returned from my nutrition club with an weight: 332 lbs body fat: 51.43% visceral fat: 30 Hydration: 38.57% Muscle mass: 153,3 lbs bone mass:7.9 lbs basal metabolic rate: 2402 daily caloric intake: 4275 Body mass index 46.3 these results surprised me because i had no water before going to the club. My activity has been negligible and my diet has been poor eating tacos, enchiladas, fried fish, and French fries for the last few days. Home made of course and before these I was eating home made pizza. I have increased my fruit and vegetable intake and tomorrow I am going to walk 5 miles to a river and swim for the day before walking home. The journey to increase my health is going to be long and fruitful here is a story for you guys. Today I was out looking for a job and my driver had to make a pit stop and started to take me home. I said "Hold on the club is closer lets go there." so we ended up going to the club. when we got there I too my numbers hugged everyone and talked to a new coach a pretty black woman. When the owner said "Hey Bud put on an apron and give me a hand with the dishes." I jump up "YOU GOT IT!" and rushed to put on an apron. I put it on and search for the third blender to learn it was broken and we only had two. So I helped out during lunch rush and at the end of it all things settled down and we rested. It was a standing rest ad he thanked me for my help and explained again why he needed help ad I said "No problem thank you for letting me help it was nice of you to ask." the lunch rush lasted about 20 minutes and I enjoyed helping out. that is all for this post than you all for dealing with me and than you to the moderators for keeping this thread open. You are right and even then it isn't enough, sometimes toxins can build up or even rarely you eat too many vitamins and it will be yellow. I am working very hard on my hydration. It is the toughest part of my journey for me. |

Well this week has shown a definite drop in my hydration because I have been sick. It has been hard to move and it has not been good . Getting over whatever it is has been difficult and I'm not finished yet. My results will tell where I have to stand when I check either this week or the next. The machine is effected by hydration so my numbers will be less accurate and in a range that is more unhealthy than I already am. All this does is motivate me to work harder. things are less than stable in my household and when the scattered patterns of life start to come together as they have in the past my changes will be amazing you will think I am lying. No joke. I read that net play doesn't work for game boy game boy color and game boy advance. The reason being Pokémon. I respect this as a good reason and more than enough of those games are there. However I do have to ask. s there a way to play Four Sword on GBA because I really enjoy this game and I find it is a good play. I'm not asking if you will make an exception net play doesn't work for GB games don't change that. I'm just curious about any possible way to play a GBA only game that requires 2-4 people to work. it just doesn't make sense because without it you cant 100% A link to the past on the same cartridge. it also happens to be one of the best competitive games I ever played as a child. It seems a waste not being able to play it because of Pokémon. I mean no disrespect. I don't mean to push or pressure. and I fully support the reason why it won't work for GBA. s there a way to play Four Sword on GBA because I really enjoy this game and I find it is a good play. Well my night started at 5:00 P.M PST and I went shopping with my Godmother Aunt Rhonda. And stayed out until 7:00 P.M. When church started. I had an interesting lesson about; Should we as Christians celebrate Christmas as a religious holiday or just a regular one? And after a few passages and a small discussion the topic wasn't answered because time ran out. It was noted that no other birthday Jesus had was mentioned thereafter his birth. after that we had a chili cook off where people brought chili from home and had a voting system to judge it. After the dinner we had desert and a pie contest similar to the chili one with the same system. Basically everyone got a ticket and you put your ticket into a cup in front of the chili you liked best. then I sat down with a few older gentlemen and an older lady teaching them how to play Gin Rummy. I won 3 out of five hands and the first hand was given to the person with the most meld because it was stopped early and the last hand went to the lady. After cards I watch one of my companions teaching his son to play chess. Then I came home and here I am. after that we had a chili cook off where people brought chili from home and had a voting system to judge it. Easiest. Cryatalis NES DYNA All you need to to is equip the warrior ring and the crystalis blade will do the rest. a recent discovery about 2004 is when I first beat this boss but this was the fourth game I played as a little kid. This was the game that sparked my imagination and finishing it was truly satisfying. This boss has a lot of constant attacks to throw at you you can dodge or use barrier but the best thing to do is what I said above. Batman NES Firefly need I say more. He has a clear easy pattern to recognise and all you need is the splitting weapon and you got him without much damage. this was an early one from my childhood and I was not very bright back then. If I could beat him anyone could even back then he was the easiest boss I ever faced Star Fox Adventures Game cube General Scales. Seriously. You don't even have to fight him. All you have to do is wait and he defeats himself. to this day I never understand this boss. I loved how I didn't have to do anything and he defeats himself. Ocarina of time Gohma. Shoot her in the aye and jump slash. 6 times while stunned. this was my favorite boss in OoT I liked it.it was simple and fun not to mention I was creeped out by her as a kid. First boss on my first new game system of my life. Anti hero hands down. They play by their own rules. They don't give in to threats or allow the villain's to gain any sort of control and they have a natural instinct in the nature of evil. Anti heroes won't be deterred by a hostage or a threat. They will act and risk everything to get the job done. While a hero would meet the demands in the hope a villain would slip up an anti-hero would call the bluff assuming that the villain is serious never giving an inch. Anti heroes are more direct and don't care about hurt feelings the only downside is they tend to get caught in revenge. if I were an anti-hero I would deal out poetic justice. I would punish the guilty who beat the system and free the innocent who were wrongly imprisoned. And make my name go side by side with fear and punishment. My mark would burn in the imaginations of the guilty and shine light on the innocent.
