Politics have always been taboo topic of discussion, up there right next to asking a woman her age , or asking a man how much his salary is/how much does he make. You are right though, social media and the algorithms they use to recommend content to you have locked people in to less than reputable news sources and created a echo chamber of ignorance. As far as the comparisons of Trump to Hitler, and Trump is undermining the constitution and creating a fascist state , the people who claim this just don't understand the rule of law and what he can do as president via executive orders. For example Trump can't dismantle the department of education only congress can. The democrats really have only themselves to blame for Trump winning they should've held a primary and read the room, Nobody wanted Kamala back in 2019 that should have been a clear enough indicator not to run her again in 2024, not to mention Obama giving all the black men a speech well lecture and then her close affiliation with Biden and being unable to separate herself from him in the eyes of voters.

To be honest the Republicans should be ashamed of running a candidate like Trump and I tend to lean more republican than democrat,but ultimately Trump is business smart , and that doesn't translate well to a presidential candidate because government isn't in the business of making money they are in the business of public assistance and service. And Finally Trump and Elon have way to many conflicts of interest to be holding public office, but same goes for congressmen and senators they shouldn't be allowed to deal in stocks and companies that are largely effected by your voting in Legal matters.

Also Trump is likely to crash both the stock market and the housing market so now is a good time to invest in some stocks since its down about -1,400, and the housing market bubble is soon to crash since every home is now 300,000-700,000 on average and has pretty much priced out this generation of home buyers.

But I think a Democrat will win in 2026 the Republicans don't have any good candidates left unless then run RFK Jr or Senator Kennedy, and the Democrats have potential in Jasmine Crockett but if they run Newsom from California they will lose.

There is no such thing as freedom of choice, or the freedom to pursue my happiness because every action has a consequence and you can't do whatever you want without fear of retaliation for your actions,for example if i wanted to kill people I could but I'd likely go to jail as a result of that action so I won't do it take away the consequence of jail and I'd do it

First and foremost the reason companies don't make amercian products here in amercia is because the potential for profit isn't worth the expenses of operating in Amercia

The United States will always be at a loss when it comes to manufacturing because of our labor laws and minimum wage....we can't compete with cheap labor from China,Taiwan, Vietnam etc because An Amercian worker expects $20+ an hour salary, health, dental and vision insurance and a 401k retirement plan and or pension

Where as China, Taiwan, Vietnam etc literally can pay there employees $1-7 a hour or in some places a day to work 14 hours with no benefits, no complaints and ultimately its cheaper and creates a larger profit margin while ultimately cutting operation expenses

Trumps Tariffs plan is very stupid and he clearly doesn't know much about economics but i also believe he's crashing the stock market and housing market on purpose so that those with money can buy up everything at a steal

I'm considering getting one to upgrade from my switch lite via trade in value but also I'm conflicted with the price point of the console and first party switch games.$ 450 for Nintendo graphics/performance let's be honest here I don't play Nintendo for the performance and graphics but at best the graphics look like a upscale of n64-mid ps3 graphics its not worth the $450 price tag then the first party games are $70 digital and $80 physical at those prices I'd consider piracy

I'll likely wait till black Friday for the Nintendo switch 2 but to be honest its only going to be used to play Pokémon ZA and the Pokémon gen 10 game

I woke up today at 6:45 as per usual in order to make breakfast and work out and then head to work. For breakfast I made turkey bacon , scrambled eggs and the sweet Bob Evans sausage patties with a cup of orange juice. Then I did a brief workout and sped off to work barely making it on time but honestly being late has no real consequences at my job lol

Well after playing and beating the Teal mask DLC entirely, it wasn't very good I'd give it a 6/10. To me it was too short and didn't have enough content to warrant the $40 price tag. While they did add in more Pokémon it still is mind bottling to me why they just don't add in the national Dex or all the returning Pokémon for both dlcs also I disliked the fact that seeing every Pokémon no longer counts as filling in the dex you have to literally catch every Pokémon in order to get the full page entry and for it to count towards the dex completion and that sucks because while I seen every Pokémon in the region I can't get any of the dex rewards since I didn't capture them all. Now moving on from that the dlc new Pokémon are somewhat locked behind the dex progression for example if you want the blood moon ursaluna you have to capture 150 Pokémon in the dlc area before the quest line unlocks via npc oh and if you want dipplin you have to find a remote farm in the middle of nowhere thats halfway across the map from the apple field selling the syrupy apple item when you first leave the new dlc town area and honestly you'd probably never find it if you didn't look it up. The story is good but incredibly short ogerpon is the only new legendary that you catch at the end of the dlc story , the three monkeys aren't roaming legends in the dlc they are in fixed locations across the map of the dlc so explore every inch of the island. So to sum it up a 6/10 good story too short, new Pokémon/evolutions tied to exploring/dex catching completion oh and they changed what certain abilities do and what Pokémon abilities are for example mold breaker now only ignores the opposing pokemons ability not type and empoleon lost his hidden ability defiant but gained the hidden ability competitive. Hopefully I will enjoy the indigo disk more because I'm a battler at heart and I can't wait to wrap up the story of the blueberry academy, but I feel like all the stuff in the dlc shouldve just been part of the base game oh and they finally added items that reset the base points of your Pokémon so now you can easily make a completely viable competitive Pokémon without having with perfect IV and EVs.

The indigo disk looks more interesting to me but I'm more of a competitive player and loved the battle frontier especially emeralds. Hopefully they bring back the entire frontier but I doubt it. I also hope they allow all the dlc pokemon to be transferable after the launch of the teal mask dlc as I don't want to wait till winter or spring to play with my favorite pokemon Metagross.
As for the teal mask tho, I hate the designs of those three monkeys they look awful to me Ogerpon looks the best.

But I don't like the Pokemon Company doing DLC it just seems very sleazy since they charge money for pokemon home (unless you have only 30 pokemon) and then the games don't even have the full pokedex in them but the pokemon company has the balls to charge dlc on top of the price for home when they can't even be bothered to add the full dex.

The last game I played is Pokemon Violet, speaking of which while I'm typing this very post I'm doing a couple of ranked battles online. My current record is 22 total Battles 13 wins 9 losses and I'm in the Great Ball Tier rank 7 my goal is to get within the high Ultra ball tier before the day is over with.

I brought a modded Switch OLED lol ill put any gba games I want as well as ds games on it. Its crazy how greedy people resellers and nintendo are charging 3-15$ for an online service that uses my own wifi, the Pokemon Company charging 5-17$ for Pokemon Home, and lastly the resellers charging 200$ for a legit physical copy of Pokemon Heartgold/soulsilver and its a shame because nintendo could literally print money if they physical copied re-released legacy titles. But idk to me the games feel better being played on the physical hardware instead of being emulated on the phone or pc/modded switch/DS but until they can offer a better option that doesn't completely rip off the gamers ill stick to emulators

My First shiny encounter was on Pokemon Diamond in the resort area I encountered a wild shiny Ferrow it was green and looked horrible so I killed it...my second shiny encounter was mudkip after I restarted my Emerald version. I don't consider myself a shiny hunter because I don't actively seek out shinys but I will try to get shiny Pokemon if the colorway is better than there normal versions, I currently have three shiny Pokemon that I adore and take with me to every region I play through, shiny latias, shiny metagross, and shiny dragapult. I obtained shiny latias and metagross thru gameshark on Pokemon Emerald and the shiny dragapult I got thru oaks lab on etsy lol don't judge me hunting shinys takes way to much time to get them the legit way anyways here are photos of my favorite shinys!

My favorite Pokemon generation that's a complicated question, I loved generation 2 because of the 16 gyms and two elite fours,but I also loved generation 3 (specifically Emerald) because of the battle frontier(all 8 battle facilities) and Pokemon Contests but then generation 5 had the Pokemon world championships lol how about I answer the question like this...

My favorite generation for Pokemon because of the all the pokemon in the generation were well designed is Generation 4, But my favorite generation for activities and overall a good time is Generation 3 mainly Emerald lol my old game had over 100 hours into it the contests were actually fun and I enjoyed the challenge of getting all the battle symbols from the frontier brains it's a shame the remakes Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire didn't include the full battle frontier and I didn't like how they changed the Pokemon Contests but the Mega Evolutions and the story improvement Solidified Generation 3 as one of the best and my personal favorite Gen. Also come on now who didn't want a mega metagross
