So I got sims 3 a few days ago and the disk didnt work so I exchanged it for a new one and this one did. I played on it for a few hours and saved and today when I tried, I got the error.

I went through all of your steps did everything right and when I click TS3 a message pops up asking if I really want to run it. So I click open and nothing happens.

before I could click the launcher and it would come up, but once I press play it wouldn't work. Now it won't work at all. I even redownloaded and reinstalled the patch.

What should I do? I'm incredibly frustrated
