I would have to agree with SilverThundr, and TimSparky. These are two completely different games. However they do share some similarities. They both have the puzzle solving aspect, NPC's, traveling to different areas, dungeons, bosses, and some other things that I forgot to mention. But yes, it would be comparing Mortal Kombat to Cool Boarders. I have loved both series, and have played and completed about 99% of them. I would just say that it is really too hard to say which one is my favorite. It would be like asking a parent to pick which of their children they love the most. But as far as the poll goes, I do find myself playing the Final Fantasy games more often, but who knows, maybe I will start off again with the Zelda franchise and have some fun

It has been quite the long time since I've played either of those games, but if I can remember correctly, it didn't take me too many tries to finish him off. And someone posted here about all the Forms in KH2, well, if I can remember correctly, you fight Sephiroth solo, so there is no way to be able to use the forms....am I wrong in this?? But it is nice, that once you beat him in #2, that your drive gauge goes up a notch... having that extra level was kind of handy for other parts of the game. And another thing I remember, I did get to level 99 for Sora in both games BEFORE attempting to take on the big guy himself. I does add a nice bit of accomplishment to say that you have finished him off in both games though.

Well, like many I'm sure, my favorite would have to be Chrono Trigger. It is seriously the game that got me hooked on the RPG genre. I love the multiple endings, the optional character (sort of) the fact of time travel, and how it actually sticks.... eg. You get a treasure chest in the past... and its already open in the future/present, you cant get the item. However, if you open it in the future/present first, you can go back to the past and open it. I also like the "New Game+" option. Being able to just breeze through the first half of the game, and yet it also still being a bit of a challenge through the latter half, it's just amazing. I have found myself going through this game countless times, just to get all the characters levels and stats (power, magic, speed) all maxed out!! So when this came out back in 1995, it was the opening to a whole new world for me. So this is why, Chrono Trigger is my favorite game.
P.S. At one time I owned the SNES cart, the PSOne disc, and the NDS cart as well. And I probably will continue to purchase it on every platform it comes out on. That's how much of a great game this is.

Well, I think I'll hold off on telling where I work for, just for now. Not really supposed to be on the computers during work hours for personal things. But I do manufacture items that are used everyday, and in just about every thing you use. Its a great company, and I love working for them. On a day that I am not on a work computer, I might just spill the beans. So I do apologize for being so vague, but I do hope this will have to do for now. Thank you for understanding

Well I guess here is to introduce myself to the boards. I am 30 years old, I have been playing video games for as long as I can remember. My favorite company is Squaresoft (yes I did that on purpose) but Square-Enix is still ok. My main Genre is RPG, gotta love the Final Fantasys. Also just about every other Square RPG, since there are quite a few to name. I also like the Breath of Fire series, Legend of Dragoon, the Legaia's and plenty of others. I also like Action button masher games, arcade style shooters, FPS, RTS and well most anything except sports games. I have a beautiful wife, and a wonderful son. I am quite knowledgeable about games, and try to keep in the know of things. I have worked for game companies, and currently work for a very great company. I hope to post lots on these boards, and hope that I can be of some help to any of you who have questions about games....or I guess just random other topics. Well, I believe this is all for now. Not much of an introduction I think, but I hope it will do. Later for now!
