So, I've been trying to get the cheats feature of the RGR plugin to function for a couple of games (in both cases, using the mednafen emulator). One being Chrono Trigger on the SNES, the other being Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones for the GBA. In either case, I have attempted to enter the code required, and in either I have made absolutely sure to enter the code correctly, letter for letter.

I should note it's a bit more complicated in the GBA emulator, for whatever reason. It doesn't give the option to choose what kind of code you want to enter and auto-format it. Meanwhile, the SNES emulator is forgiving enough to give you the option to choose AR codes, which are what I've been using.

Neither works for me. I've been using very short codes and I tried them on a different emulator for chrono trigger, on which they worked.

I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing wrong, but I know in the case of Chrono trigger, when i go to "list cheats" what I believe should be the code in the address part says "$00XXXXXX" With XXXXXX being the first few digits of my code, but not the last 2. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow is a brilliant platformer reminiscent of Symphony of the Night in its layout and gameplay mechanics. It stars Soma Cruz, a high school student, who gets caught up with his friend Mina Hakuba in a paranormal event, which ends up with them stuck in Dracula's Castle. They meet a man named Genya Arikado who tells Soma that Mina will not be able to survive long in the castle, and that he has to find a way out. Taking these words to heart Soma journeys through the castle, meeting all kinds of new people, discovering new abilities, and learning more about himself in the process, for better or worse.

The game itself focuses on the concept of taking "souls," from monsters once you've killed them. Each soul gives either a passive, active, or reactive ability to be used to help progress further in the game. Red souls are generally used to attack, blue souls for utility, and yellow souls to increase attributes or give some new ability. The mechanic works well, the game makes it feel compelling to get all of the souls due to their diverse and interesting abilities. Most important to get are succubus, flame demon, and giant bat. I won't give any spoilers, but make sure those three souls are equipped when fighting the final boss.

For a gameboy advance game, Aria of Sorrow has fantastic graphics that make for a set of easily recognizable characters and enemies, as well as the well-known setting of Dracula's Castle. Some things that were done using the limited graphics they had seemed a little pushed, such as when fire really doesn't look like fire anymore, or when something flies overhead so quickly that you cannot even see it, yet you are expected somehow to hit it. That being said, the positive aspects of the graphic design greatly outweigh the negative ones.

Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow is a wonderful game. With such a huge setting, I found myself playing it over and over again. The characters were so compelling and unique that I couldn't help looking up more about them just to see what I could find. Play Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, and you'll have a hard time stopping. Try to collect all the souls, and once you've finished try making a new file with the name JULIUS. You'll have lots of fun.

This game almost does not deserve my review.  The graphics are stolen from other games, one of which is Dragon Warrior Monsters for the Game boy Color.  The battle sequence is poorly constructed and tedious.  The music is repetitive and boring.  The list just goes on and on and on.  I actually don't know if there is any real plot, because I don't read Chinese/Japanese.  Frankly, I have no idea why this game is even on the board.  It is a waste of both time and Viz.

I'm no master, but most people say the best team without clones is Goldslime, Darkdrium, and Deathmore 3. Others dispute that even Dracolord would be better than Dardrium, as Darkdrium is not immune to instant death. My team, as I have not reached this level of breeding yet, is Limited to Goldslime, Rainhawk, and Dracolord2

Are there any possibilities of getting some kind of cheat code program on a system that is NOT the snes? The old thread for this type of topic was closed, because the mod said it was "answered." It wasn't answered in any way I could see. Please let me know if any updates come up for this type of topic.

In a nutshell, the forum rules are:
-Choose either A, the best team you can work with or B, the best team possible.
-Be sure to account for why this is the best team.
-Discussion is encouraged on ways to alter teams to make them better.
-Boss monsters are allowed in these teams, but clone monsters are not. (no 3 goldslime team)
-Finally, have fun and be creative, account for available skills and resistances. Enjoy!
