.7Z Extracting software

Hey people.

I've noticed that when you download some ROMS, it comes in a .rar format, and when you extract that you get a .7Z file. The .7Z format is pretty much a .ZIP file but I think it might be compressed or something.

Anyway, I'm a noob so when I extracted my .rar i got a .7Z i was like WTF!? Anyways, I thought I'd post up my googlings up here.

Thats some good software used to extract from .7Z files. Its pretty easy to use. You just find your .7Z file in the program and click extract, I'm 14 and I can do it. You should be able to too!

Hmm about 2-3 times a day

3. How many other rom sites do you visit?

Emuparadise.org (only the once.)

(their FFVII roms are crap, so I googled and came here! )

Instuctions on how to get from .rar to ISO

5. About how many games have you downloaded from get-your-rom?

Hi, I'm new to PSX emulation!

I'm using ePDXe and I've downloaded FFVII disk 1 parts 1-12.

And I was wondering, do I extract ALL the .rar? I'm using ExtractNow as my software.

I've already extracted 1-12 but I still have the .rar.

What do I do now?

Nevermind... I worked it out. Started a new game and got through the first cutscene, up to the point of the train, and guess what. My computer froze and took a massive blue dump. Something about hardware failure. :'(
