I would say Ganon of Legend of Zelda:Ocarina of Time. He had one of the coolest entrances, he looked amazing, and oh my his music was awesome.

worst game I've played to date is Sonic and the Black Knight. That game was the worst sonic game, and in my book the worst game ever. Horrible storyline, and they give sonic a sword. Dear god.

In all my experience, I'd have to say it's Xemnas from Kingdom Hearts 2. Sure, his battle is a little lengthy, but he's easy to counter and over all ridiculously easy.
