Well.... I just finished the game and it is interesting. You can even choose your side and you have a chance to gain all legendaries. 
I am sure a lot of people will find the trainers level high and giving a small amount of money only. But this trains our judgement. We will not put money on unnecessary  things Just play it and you will understand how attractive it is
