Why cant i download with flashgetis so hard to find anywher

Okay I'm in nigeria and my internet speed is horrible, only 45kps and so I found out about this download manager, flasget, I have tried everything from bittorent to practically everything I can find on the net and nothing works as ood as flashget (version 1.9.6). Anyway when I try do download with flashget (copy the download link from the download section (mozilla) and paste it into the url directory for download) it refuses to download and when i try to download it with mozilla it shows it as a mozilla file? I just cant understand I really need rpg maker 2003 and it is so hard to find anywhere! please help
