I can't get the plugin to download.

I've been trying to download the RGR plugin, but I keep getting an error that says my computer appears to be missing some requirements and the download stops.

I have Windows 10 and I downloaded the Visual C++ so I'm really not sure why it won't download.

This is a new laptop for me and I haven't had problems downloading the plugin in the past so I was wondering if there is something else that newer laptops might be missing that I need to do for it to work.
