I'm not sure you would like most of my suggestions, since I don't listen to any "pop" music these days, and find most of it to be horrible.

My own personal workout music changes depending on my mood. Sometimes it's metal, sometimes it's punk or alternative. Sometimes it's hip-hop from the 90's or early 2000's.

Oldschool777 : I love channeling my energy on the elliptical (or treadmill) - I find that's where I just seem to "vent" out my energy. I like the leg press machine, but I've had to adjust my leg-day workouts due to my knees so that's one that I've had to give a rest for a little bit.

Well,you are supposed to allow your muscles to rest for a day after exerting them,(i.e. If you did arm day,the next day you do something else like leg day or cardio.) While leg day is not my favorite,I know it is important to not skip it. I love using the music to take my mind off the treadmill though,and the bad part is,I used to walk almost 4 miles to and from school.

Very true,plastic. We do not want to be on YT on gym don't s,lol I usually do 10-15 min on the heavy bag,and about an hour to 90 min on arms,next day legs,and for 2 to 3 days cardio.

You obviously can't go wrong with artists like Eminem or DMX. Any kind of gritty hip-hop is an excellent choice when working out. I would highly recommend any song from The Infamous- Mobb Deep.
