A remake of a remake? Pointless. Fire Red and Leaf Green could be said to have used the best elements from all the first gen games.
And HG/SS use the following Pokemon thing, so that gimmick is back in.
But they will probally do it to make people waste more money.
After all, the games have been stale for ages but they keep being bought...

I believe that if they were going to make a Poke'mon yellow remake, they'd have done so around the same time as fire red and leaf green.
I enjoy the Yellow game quite a bit, but I don't know that a remake is the best idea. I mean, I still enjoy playing the original. A remake just seems pointless.
