We just can't understand that with all this technology, it is so easy to track our behaviors. Every post that we make here is archived, even (possibly. You'll have to ask David on this, but it is usually like this on every forum that I've been on) the ones that we edit. It makes no sense to think that you can get off just because you think it can be deleted.
Seriously, did he thing he was trying to be funny? Shooting at a school is a serious matter. Just ask the people whose families died in the Columbine Shootings. I bet they aren't laughing.

I think I've heard of this one before. Honestly, this kid was an idiot. Banning the kid was fully deserved, but if you ask me the ban wasn't hard enough on him. He shouldn't even be allowed to use the internet even for homework.

I wonder if there are divisions of the FBI devoted to checking sites like Facebook to see if anyone is dumb enough to pull something like this. If there isn't then there should be.

And you actually can track someone through their phone. If you call 9-1-1 from a cell, they can use built-trackers to see where you are so they can send help. I actually read that they can use your phone as a microphone and listen in on conversations. So even if that guy did update Facebook/Twitter/whatever through a phone he should be fairly easy to follow if not track unless he knows how to disable the systems.
