It is very close, but I'd have to say Ocarina of Time is the best, followed closely by Wind Waker. It was a good game, but I would place Minish Cap on the bottom rung of the ladder.

You're probably thinking of Oracle of Ages. Of those two, I liked Oracle of Seasons better myself.

Ocarina of Time is definitely my favorite. The only one I really don't like is Link's Adventure, although I'm not a big fan of the cartooniness (is that a word?) of some of the newer ones like Wind Waker.
