I would have to say Bill Cosby hes hilarious while also on of the few comedians out there to keep it clean my second favorite would be Gabriel "fluffy". A few years ago I would have said Jeff Dunham for my second favorite but his more recent stuff has kinda been meh

Too many to choose from really, Omid Djalili, Frankie Boyle, David Mitchell, Michael McIntyre, I dont know how many British comedians are known in the states though.

From ones that might be known in America, I'd say reginald d hunter (Black American, believe it or not),Greg Proops, or Rich Hall. I'd say Hunter was my favourite from those 3.
