I remember going to Chuck E Cheese and sitting in that Jurassic Park seat to play that game... It horrified me, the seat bounced around and the sound effects! I don't think I could even play that game today!

ShadowGate really scared me when I was little, and it still creeps me out a bit now. I only stayed on the first couple of screens because I was never really sure what to do in the game before, so I ended up looking it up on the internet. Once I found out what to do, I got passed those first screens, and I was HORRIFIED. It scared me half to death! I was never able to play the game again. I can play it now, but the nightmares from before still haunt me.

Gohma, the first dungeon boss in Ocarina of Time scared me to death when I was little. Combination of music and seeing the eye move around, to see it is a giant one eyed spider thing.

FEAR scared me alot, I admit I have yet to play too much into it.. and I really want to keep playing it too!

I also had a cousin that would tease me in that I'd be watching him play Silent Hill and all of a sudden he'd say "Well I need to use the bathroom, keep killing them for me ok?".. wait wait! I don't even know the controls! It would scare me then to all of a sudden be forced to play it in fear of messing up and making him mad.

The Suffering really scared me when I was playing it. It might be because I was playing it at night with the lights off, as the game recomended, but never the less, scary. I had to stop playing a few times before I wanted to because of it.

I would have to say that all the resident evil games were pretty scary because the zombies and all the other creatures in the games were pretty real looking. Also I would have to say that the castlevania games were pretty scary as well. They had a lot of real looking monsters as well. How about the left 4 dead games. With all the zombies coming at you that is definitely enough to scare the pants off anyone!

Oh, I may sound silly saying a game like that would have a horror of any sort, but just you try carelessly resetting the game when you had enough AC. Try it enough times and Resetti would pretend to erase your data. I was so scared I nearly CRIED!!!
