I think all starters except the 6th gen should have mega evolutions and side Pokémon like magmortor electivire and definitely jinx idk why electabuzz and magmar got evolutions but not a jinx anyways there also should be a mega of weavile, mightyena, cacturne, exeggutor, breloom, roserade, flygon, slaking, emploud, hypno, Mr. mine, metagross, skarmory, ninetails, torkoal, and machamp so it would have like 6 arms which would be totally awesome

I think the Hitmon Pokemon (incl. Tyrogue)  should be Mega Pokemon. The reason is b/c I want to see how strong the Hitmons are as fighting type Pokemon.

In terms of Mega Evolution, 20% are pokemon like Banette, Kangaskhan, and Mawile who deserved a boost in combat, and the other 80 are totally uber-hypernova-bestial-amazing versions of pokemon that were already powerful and we all loved.

Edit: I forgot my mega-evolution

I'd love to see none other than MEGA PIKAC... oh heck no. I'm going with mega Porygon-Z. Reasons? He has really high Sp.Attack, but every other stat kinda sucks. I tried working with a recovery Porygon with Thunder, Blizzard, Recover, and Conversion-2, but usually he'd only get one good attack going or I'd not get to use him at all. A Mega Evolution would help balance him out a bit more, and maybe he'd look more like an epic computer virus or something.
