Still totally unsure of whether or not I own anything after losing my bag, I do the most logical thing I could imagine doing: I continue to tackle supernerd117's piplup with my mudkip. Also, as flailing in the grass has proved to be an ineffective way to find wild Pokémon, I will now try to prance through the tall grass instead.

Almasy looks down at his Squirtle and smiles. While it is young, it seems excited at what lays ahead.

"Squirtle, do you think we could find someone to join us as a team?" Squirtle looks up with a quizzical look on his face. "You know, like how some trainers get together to support and help each other!"

Squirtle appears to think for a moment, then nods excitedly, and they both resume walking.

To answer your question hellbound ,i caught the Growlithe in the Wild and put it in the Pokemon Center's PC Box ,and then i caught the Charmander in the wild at Level 8.
