I can’t stand to drink coffee without creamer because it’s way too strong for my liking. Depending on the size of the cup I use, I may start off with 4 to 5 spoonfuls (15 to 20 percent) of powdered creamer and I almost always add a little more after I taste it.

I'd say that I usually have about 30-40% cream to about 60-70% coffee. I don't bother measuring it, I just pour it in until I think it looks like enough. I might be over-estimating how much of each I put in, but that's just an approximate.
